What kind of cars are used for hotel transfers?
All transfers are 100% private in modern air-conditioned Toyota Avanza, Suzuki Ertiga, or Toyota Innova minivans driven by certified English-speaking Balinese drivers. For larger groups (6+ guests), we provide spacious 14-seater Toyota HiAce vans.
Can you drop us off at a different hotel or at the airport after the tour?
Yes! Many guests check out of their South Bali hotel in the morning, bring their suitcases in our car, enjoy the tour while bags are kept safely in our locked luggage room, and then our driver transports them directly to their new hotel in Ubud or to Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).
How do we coordinate with our driver on the morning of pickup?
The evening prior to your tour (around 18:00–20:00 WITA), our transport concierge will send you a WhatsApp message with your driver’s name, phone number, vehicle photo, and exact pickup time. Your driver will meet you directly at your hotel lobby or villa gate.
